Story of a witch hunt in Viennese

The story begins with SAP training in 2000. In the summer of 2001, Mag. Hoedl Rosemarie got a job as a SAP consultant in a major project

"Federal budget allocation on SAP" in the Wiener Bundesrechenzentrum GmbH.

In the federal administration, IT support for household and personnel processes has a long tradition - at least for the IT world. As early as the 1970s, the BMF started to develop the applications "Federal Budget Allocation (HV) and Federal Salary (BS)" as part of the cross-sectional applications, which up to now have been used in household and accounting matters and the payment of salaries and pensions for around 280,000 people to complete satisfaction.

Honored and then fallen deeply, Mag. Hoedl was discharged without notice at the beginning of 2005 in early 2005.

In February 2006 Mag. Hoedl filed a criminal complaint, with a copy to BND. This should become her pitfall.

Shortly after the Gusenbauer-Darabos-Molterer government was sworn in, Mag. Hoedl was denounced on the website of Peter Pilz. It was also the high point of the 1st Eurofighter U Committee.

After an unsuccessful criminal case (9 January 2008 LG Str Vienna), an unprecedented witch hunt against Mag. Hoedl was started (also with the help of the neighbors in Vienna-Liesing).

This witch hunt culminated with the incapacitation of Mag. Hoedl due to a forged telephone bill from T-Mobile (court order 16.9.2008 district court Vienna-Liesing).

The first nursing procedure lasted from January 2009 to August 2011. The administrator Dr. W. did not want to have anything to do with the Hoedl case after several publications (Alpine Parliament, blogs, Facebook) and ended the guardianship by submitting an application to BG Vienna 23 in February 2011.

The victims of the state of the plum republic - incapacitation in Austrian. Hoedl case (federal data center), Gebetsberger case (real estate scandal).

Due to the lack of food and money, Mag. Hoedl fell seriously ill in November 2010.

The connection between the Hoedl case and the Buhag scandal was too mysterious. In the meantime, a former supervisor from the HV-SAP project has become head of the Federal Accounting Agency Vienna (August 2008).

The witch hunt against Mag. Hoedl did not end with the end of the first guardianship. They wanted to make them homeless now - in a different way.

In July 2013, Mag. Hoedl's candidacy for the National Council elections on September 29, 2013 was announced.

The political and judicial system in Vienna-Liesing reacted promptly: Payment fees were invented (for court decisions, care procedure 12 P 234 / 11t). Mag. Hoedl was able to obtain installment payments via the Vienna Higher Regional Court. In any case, one wanted to take away the vacation allowance.

In December 2015 the time had come: They wanted to go to Mag. Hoedl's cooperative apartment in Vienna-Liesing.

Therefore, she was sued by an ex-colleague from the BRZ for revocation and omission. Procedure 1 C 1474/15 y - District Court Vienna-Liesing.
A letter from Mag. Hoedl to the judge at BG Wien-Liesing at the end of December 2015 caused the judge in Department C to have her ability to negotiate and to be examined (by decision).

By decision of February 18, 2016, an interim administrator was appointed for Mag. Hoedl (well-known football lawyer in Vienna, former partner of the Minister of Justice):

The brother of the heel killer from Hietzing (May 2008) was appointed as an expert.

By decision of December 14, 2016, the football lawyer became definitive administrator for Mag. Hoedl, especially for the proceedings against T.M .: Action for revocation and omission.

The main hearing for 1 C 1474 / 15y was scheduled for April 7, 2017. The plaintiff did not appear and after a long telephone call by the plaintiff's lawyer, an agreement was reached on a COMPARISON: EUR 353.50 for both parties.

On March 31, 2017, the plaintiff brought in a lot of false evidence via a lawyer. Mag. Hoedl was mentally exhausted and did not see himself able to take part in the trial.

The steward then called and said, "If you don't come to the trial, YOUR APARTMENT IS gone."

So we are again in the expropriation by incapacitation in the "Stasi way".

Digression: Under no circumstances should the events surrounding federal budget clearing be rolled out by a sensational process in Vienna. Therefore, a football lawyer was chosen as the administrator, who should let the matter go to waste and should grant Mag. Hoedl the "favor". The applicant had made a serious mistake. From 2001 to 2013 he was president of the Austrian Bundesliga club Rapid Wien. Since 2003 he has been President of the Documentation Archive of the Austrian Resistance.

By decision of 8.2.2018 (Opera Ball in Vienna) Mag. Hoedl's legal guardianship was canceled WITHOUT any further psychiatric report. Mag. Hoedl's year of birth continues to be conducted at the court at 1660 (see also the sale of expert reports and court documents regarding Hoedl to ex-colleagues from the Federal Computing Center).

With a decision dated May 23, 2018, the administrator's care account was approved (and shortened).

The painful care procedures and court proceedings, humiliations in the ordinations of psychiatrists have cost Mag. Hoedl a lot of strength and money. However, after 12 years of torture, she managed not to be delogated and to consolidate financially and healthily.

Nevertheless, it will be necessary to carefully analyze the costs of the care procedure and to claim damages from the Republic of Austria: In memoriam W. Schweinhammer, Federal Cost and Benefit Allocation.

The consequences: a ban on working as a SAP consultant, compulsory retirement, observation in the neighborhood (in order to diagnose paranoia with Mag. Hoedl). Fingered break-ins in the house of Mag. Hoedl.
Lifelong creditworthiness: bank dead (original sound Erste Bank: we do not negotiate with garbage)

Hofrat Stefan Csoka (1939 to 2018): Federal Ministry of Finance 1966 to 2003

Post-script: Mag. Hoedl was already familiar with the (fake) process from the 1990s, was a secretary in law firms and began studying law in September 2007. Her teacher of canon law and marriage law was also one of Austria's most famous lawyers Univ.Prof.DDR. Hugo Schwendenwein (Karl-Franzens-University Graz).

The main research areas were church law, church legal history and Austrian state church law. Schwendenwein was the only theologian to be a member of the Austrian Academy of Sciences, from 1985 a corresponding and from 1995 a real member of the philosophical-historical class. He was a member of the Consociatio internationalis studio iuris Canonici promovendo, the Austrian Society for Canon Law and the German Legal Historians' Day.

Ohne diese juristischen Kenntnisse wäre die Weisse Folter wahrscheinlich tödlich für Mag. Hoedl gewesen.
