The bought and falsified patient data, the retrospective incapacitation and the vaccination law

Dear Mr. Jordan, s.g. Medical Documentation Center Vienna General Hospital, 

I acknowledge receipt of your letter. I regret to note that I have no right to my own data, while these were used years ago to have me incapacitated at the Vienna-Liesing District Court - or at least an attempt was made to do so. So am I a second class patient? Note: I was able to free myself from the retroactive incapacity in the Stasi way on behalf of the BMF/Brz/Buhag and currently have all civil rights (if they still exist in Corona times).

However, I have been able to record a success in my research: The University Clinic Graz obviously does not have that much to cover up and sent me all the documents including care documentation over 70 pages - for 40 euros electronically and by post.September/October 1994 (for me a historical documentary on how Scientology tortures people)

All I care about is a medical certificate that should confirm my fear of lethal injections. I'm not a detective journalist, I love my life. Too many have already died, including art therapist Kurt H.

I would like to point out my rights as a patient again and will probably have to take legal action with the help of a lawyer.

What is the difference between Styria and Vienna is not quite clear to me, the Styrian doctors are probably not aware of any guilt, while there is apparently an agreement between the Caritas of the Archdiocese of Vienna and the AKH to prevent murders/attempted murders/medical errors in church institutions to cover up. It is the presumption of innocence.

After this institution was closed just after the Groer case became public - despite parliamentary inquiries in October 1995 see appendix - and its supposedly "excellent" reputation, this seems quite mysterious - whatever.

In any case, the neighboring Russian mafia and the architecture lovers were able to save some things from the Caritas camps at Villa Plecnik (see the article in the Wiener Zeitung), while apparently all patient data illegally disappeared - reminiscent a bit of Wilheminenberg/child abuse and the Nazi era. Shredding seems to have become quite fashionable.

I decided to write a historical novel about this Villa Grassberger (built by J. Plecnik). Maybe while writing, the memories will come and I can process the traumatic experiences and overcome my fear of lethal injections. I have no complete memory for 2 months, although I otherwise have an excellent memory and good friends call me a "lexicon". It will probably be a thriller in memory of the many deaths.

Otto Wagners wichtigster Schüler und designierter Nachfolger, Josef Plecnik, setzte sich bereits zu Lebzeiten Denkmäler: Als Stadtgestalter Laibachs, als Restaurator des Prager Hradschin, mit dem "Zacherlhaus" in Wien Innere Stadt oder mit der Ottakringer Heiligengeistkirche, die erste ihrer Art aus Stahlbeton. Sein einziges Einfamlienhaus aber, die 1908 erbaute "Villa Graßberger" in der Hernalser Braungasse 41, wurde im Laufe der Zeit fast bis zur Unkenntlichkeit umgebaut und dann um ein Haar abgerissen. Ein beherzter Privatier lässt sie mit Hilfe der Stadt Wien nun wieder in den Originalzustand versetzen.

Otto Wagner's most important pupil and designated successor, Josef Plecnik, erected monuments to himself during his lifetime: as the town designer of Ljubljana, as the restorer of Prague's Hradschin, with the "Zacherlhaus" in Vienna's inner city or with the Ottakringer Church of the Holy Spirit, the first of its kind made of reinforced concrete. But his only single-family house, the "Villa Graßberger" built in 1908 at Braungasse 41 in Hernals, was rebuilt almost beyond recognition over the course of time and then almost torn down. With the help of the City of Vienna, a courageous private individual is now having it restored to its original condition.
